What does "unlimited DSAR bundles (fair use)" mean?
Bundles and exports are not charged per request. "Fair use" protects the platform from automated bulk exporting at extreme scale. If you expect sustained high-volume automation, the Enterprise plan is a better fit.
What counts as "AI reporting" and "DSAR AI" usage?
Each generation is one draft output (for example, a DSAR draft response or an executive-style reporting summary). Outputs are designed for human review and should not be treated as legal advice.
What happens if we exceed 10GB/month uploads?
We can increase monthly allowances under an Enterprise plan. The goal is predictable operations: clear limits, clear guardrails, and transparent commercial terms.
Do you store raw identifiers?
The platform is designed for minimisation. Identity matching uses hash-first indexing and evidence is presented in masked form to reduce unnecessary exposure during triage and reporting.
