Each month you get 10 GB of upload capacity. The quota resets automatically on your billing anniversary. Failed or rejected uploads do not count against your quota.

Yes. All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with authenticated encryption. All connections are secured with TLS 1.2+ and enforced via HSTS. Every upload is scanned for malware using ClamAV before processing. PII is matched using HMAC-SHA256 hashes, so raw personal data is never stored in search indexes. Access is controlled through role-based permissions (Viewer, Analyst, Admin) with account lockout after failed login attempts. All actions are recorded in a structured, tamper-evident audit log covering 20+ event types, exportable for compliance reviews.

Sylure implements defence-in-depth security: antivirus scanning (ClamAV) on every upload, role-based access control and customer-controlled data deletion with configurable retention. All infrastructure runs in UK data centres. We provide security questionnaire responses and DPA templates on request.

Enter any personal identifier (name, email, phone number, NINO or 30 other types) and Sylure searches across all your uploaded data. Results are grouped by data subject with one-click export bundles.

All Sylure data is hosted in the UK. Nothing leaves the UK, not for processing, not for backups, not for AI analysis. We deliberately chose UK-only hosting so that buyers in regulated sectors and public bodies don't have to navigate international transfer risk, Schrems II concerns or US cloud exposure. Data residency is built into the architecture, not a configuration option.
