Built in London for UK Privacy Teams
Sylure is a privacy operations platform founded in the UK. We help data protection teams turn unstructured exports into audit-ready evidence — without the complexity of enterprise suites.
Privacy operations shouldn't require enterprise budgets or enterprise complexity
Most privacy teams still rely on shared folders, ad-hoc exports and spreadsheet tracking. When a subject access request arrives or exposure appears in an unexpected system, the work becomes slow, risky and difficult to evidence. We're building the operational layer that sits between raw data and defensible compliance.
What We Believe
The principles behind every product decision we make.
Evidence safety by default
Design for minimisation, masking and least-privilege review flows so handling personal data stays controlled.
Decisions should be auditable
Suppress, ignore and reviewer notes should remain traceable—so exports and reports are consistent and defensible.
Make remediation practical
Map exposure back to assets (files/paths/systems) so teams can fix issues instead of living in dashboards.
Operational clarity over noise
Focus on what matters: concentration, severity and repeat patterns—without forcing teams into spreadsheets.
Built for cross-functional teams
Privacy, security, IT and legal need the same picture—briefable summaries with a verifiable evidence trail.
AI that supports review, not replaces it
Draft outputs help speed up reporting and discovery preparation, but the workflow is designed around human validation.
Leadership
Who's behind Sylure
Leban M.
Founder & CEO
London, UKAs a senior engineer I spent years working alongside data compliance teams and saw firsthand how painful their workflows were. Enterprise tooling was out of reach and everything else meant spreadsheets and manual evidence gathering. That gap is why I built Sylure.
